1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Echoes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Echoes is a feedback management platform that allows developers to collect, organize, and analyze user feedback from multiple applications through a unified API and dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use Echoes, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate another person or entity

5. API Usage

Your use of the Echoes API is subject to rate limits and fair usage policies. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns are deemed abusive or excessive. API keys should be kept confidential and not shared publicly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Echoes service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Echoes and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the service.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Echoes after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
